2017 Halo Awards Honor Top Social Good Initiatives

Companies and Nonprofits Recognized at Engage for Good Conference

CHICAGO--()--Campaigns that helped families conduct home fire drills, motivated tens of thousands of millennials to vote, delivered millions of breakfasts to food insecure children, and provided safe drinking water to school children in Kenya -- all while building stronger businesses -- were among the initiatives honored at the 15th annual Halo Awards.

Twenty category-specific winners were selected out of more than 100 entries by Engage for Good (formerly the Cause Marketing Forum) at its annual conference.

In addition, Allstate, America’s largest personal lines insurer, and WE, a nonprofit focused on youth civic engagement and international development, each received a Golden Halo Award, the company’s highest honor, for their long-records of achievement at the intersection of profit and purpose.
