Monolith Software Continues to Grow Business, Names Vice President of Marketing

FRISCO, Texas--()--Monolith Software, the leading provider of next-generation, unified service assurance solutions today announced further expansion of its business management team by naming Nicole Fortenberry as its Vice President of Marketing. This announcement follows last week’s appointment of John Locke as Monolith Software’s CTO.

Nicole joins Monolith with a background in industry software public relations and marketing communications and will be responsible for building and delivering marketing strategies that drive growth, innovation and visibility for the business. She will oversee brand development and awareness, thought leadership and product messaging to elevate presence in the market, including coordination of activities to support sales, partners and customers.

Before joining Monolith, Nicole held various positions in public relations, analyst relations and corporate communications in the Industry and IT software B2B sector, including IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, and IGT (formerly GTECH Corp.) Nicole has also served in a marketing and communications role at Micromuse Inc., where she was instrumental in the company’s successful acquisition by IBM in 2005. She holds a Bachelors in Journalism from Michigan State University and is based in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
