Le Pavillon Unlocks Mobile Key Room Access

OpenKey selected to provide guests keyless entry with their smartphone

DALLAS & NEW ORLEANS--()--Le Pavillon, a historic, boutique hotel in the center of the Big Easy, announces its implementation of OpenKey, providing their guests with the convenience of keyless entry to their rooms. The New Orleans legendary hotel is owned by Ashford Hospitality Trust and managed by Remington Hotels.

Le Pavillon now offers OpenKey’s smartphone technology platform with dormakaba room locks, providing a seamless integration of the universal mobile technology. Through the OpenKey app, guests can customize their stay by skipping the front desk to check-in, confirm their identity with an ID capture for security, as well as modify their estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the hotel and get directions to the property.
