Rita O’Keeffe was hired as the Vice President, Corporate Counsel. In her new role, she assesses legal developments in marketing, advertising, intellectual property and information technology, allowing the agency to stay proactive and move fast. She’s also providing legal oversight to new technologies that are revolutionizing the sales conversions of the agency’s growing client roster.
Prior to joining Marketing Architects, Rita was Senior Counsel for Bluestem Brands. She litigated the I-35W bridge collapse in Minnesota and practiced intellectual property and information technology law with Leonard Street and Deinard.
