NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducera Partners, a leading independent investment bank, announced today the formation of a Private Capital Group and the hiring of Douglas F. Conrod to lead the practice.
Ducera’s Private Capital Group will provide bespoke financing solutions to companies undergoing transformational changes in their business, or pursuing strategic corporate finance and investment transactions.

Mr. Conrod has over sixteen years of experience providing complex capital solutions to companies. Mr. Conrod joins Ducera from FocusPoint Private Capital Group where he was a Managing Principal and member of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to FocusPoint, Mr. Conrod was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities. Mr. Conrod earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University and a Masters of Business Administration with honors from Columbia Business School.
