MEXICO CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV:TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, today announced the appointment of Mr. Carlos Gomez Espinosa as Terrafina’s new Chief Financial Officer effective May 23, 2017.
Mr. Gomez Espinosa has a track record spanning 24 years in various financial areas. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Fibra Plus, where he participated in the company’s placement on the Mexican Stock Exchange in 2016. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Proyecta, and Controller at Vertex, Private Equity Investors and Walton Street Capital Mexico.
