CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Antares Capital announced today it is serving as administrative agent and sole lead arranger on a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of The Pearlman Group (Pearlman) by The Stephens Group.
Headquartered in Norcross, GA, The Pearlman Group is a developer and multi-channel distributor of branded abrasives, diamond tools and equipment used in the fabrication and maintenance of hard surfaces for residential, commercial and industrial end-markets.
