FedBid Client Services Team Honored as Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in 2017 American Business AwardsSM

VIENNA, Va.--()--FedBid, Inc.’s Client Service (CS) Team has been recognized as a Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the Customer Service Team of the Year category in the 15th Annual American Business AwardsSM.

The team also processed more than 49,000 questions and responses pertaining to contract solicitations, with an average processing time of 1.93 minutes, far surpassing their goal of an average of 3 minutes. Additionally, the team translated key materials and knowledge base articles to Spanish to better assist Spanish-speaking customers.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the United States are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
