In the past, customer education leaders have struggled to show the impact training has on product adoption and renewals. Using Gainsight and Learndot together, customers can design, deliver, track and report training from within the Gainsight dashboard, linking their customer training activity data to customer outcomes. This includes building workflows such as onboarding templates, assigning training to individuals within an account, tracking the training progress at the individual and account levels, and more.

By making training data actionable for other departments, including customer success, sales, marketing, finance, and other business teams, customer educators can now correlate training to NPS scores, product usage, renewal rates and product revenue.
