In his new role, Rondon is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the company’s product vision. Rondon brings to Videa nearly two decades of experience in advertising sales, programmatic platforms and marketing management. A seasoned business leader in television advertising, Rondon has a proven track record in managing robust programmatic solutions.

Prior to Videa, Rondon was the senior director of TV strategy at TubeMogul, where he helped establish the company’s programmatic TV solutions and was responsible for identifying market opportunities, crafting the business plan, and defining and launching the first version of their demand-side platform.
Before TubeMogul, Rodon held a number of leadership positions at AOL’s Adap.tv, WideOrbit, Viacom – BET. Prior to that, Oscar held key positions at Invision, Fox and Discovery Communications. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Miami and holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Baruch College.
