TITLE Boxing Club ‘Gears Up’ for Revitalization of Chicago Market

Recent Openings, Record-Breaking Membership Numbers Fuels Boutique Boxing, Kickboxing Brand’s Growth

CHICAGO--()--As Chicagoland consumers continue to opt for more flexible, community-focused health and wellness options, TITLE Boxing Club is stepping up to meet the market’s demand with its effective, interval-based workout programs –in turn, powering continued brand growth.

The Chicago market has been the place of resurgence for TITLE Boxing Club over the past few years and the recent opening of TITLE Boxing Club of Evanston further validates the brand’s ability to succeed in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Owned by local entrepreneurs Kevin Reilly and Paige Hopkins, the Evanston location took home the company’s prestigious Opening Bell award after the club topped out at 189 sold memberships within its first week of business – which Hopkins attributes to one simple rule - follow the systems that are put in place for you and you will be successful.

“Our goal was always to find a franchise model that paralleled our passions for fitness and community, while providing a unique and fun environment and TITLE Boxing Club is just that,” said Paige Hopkins, owner of TITLE Boxing Club Evanston. “We fell in love with the brand and are absolutely thrilled to be recognized for all our team’s hard work and dedication. It’s a great feeling to believe in what you’re doing and as we continue to expand our footprint throughout the Chicagoland area, we are confident in TITLE’s guidance, support and empowerment enabling our success.”

TITLE Boxing Club currently has three Downtown Chicago locations which are owned by industry vets Graham Goy and Mike Confalone. The two entrepreneurs operate successful clubs in Lincoln Park, the South Loop, and the West Loop and have an additional location slated to open in Wicker Park this July. In addition, Reilly and Hopkins plan to bring two additional clubs to Chicago’s North Shore over the next year. A Naperville location is set to open this June, and two impending suburban locations are slated to be finalized over the next few months.

Momentum has largely been driven by the brand’s premium service of explosive, total body boxing and kickboxing classes that energize strengthen and challenge members. This year, local expansion will continue to be a part of the more than 160-unit brand’s overall growth strategy as the franchise looks to develop 12 new clubs to the Chicago market over the next three years.

“The ongoing trust and determination our Chicagoland franchise owners has truly been the foundation the market’s explosive success,” said Susan Boresow, President of TITLE Boxing Club. “I feel certain in saying that the Chicago market is primed and ready for further success.”

Founded in 2008, TITLE Boxing Club started franchising in 2009 and has since exploded domestically and has plans to continue its expansion internationally as well. TITLE Boxing Club is looking to expand in the U.S. and Mexico and will look to grow in international markets, including Canada, Panama, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Dubai and China.
