(NYSE:MITT) (the “Company”) announced today that it has established an “at the market” equity offering program under which the Company may offer and sell, from time-to-time, up to $100,000,000 aggregate offering price of shares of its common stock. The shares of common stock may be offered through JMP Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, each of whom may act as sales agents.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the “at the market” offering program to acquire its target assets in accordance with its objectives and strategies described in the prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus.
