HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eProcessing Network, LLC (ePN) is pleased to announce that it has been certified by Elavon to accept EMV™ transactions with the Castles Technology MP200 terminal. As payment technology experts, Elavon brings expertise and a global perspective to the payments industry, and has worked with eProcessing Network to complete end-to-end EMV certification that offers real-time EMV capabilities to ePN’s valued merchant base.
eProcessing Network’s EMV certification includes Castles Technology’s MP200, a next generation of semi-integrated, compliant-payment terminals for both iOS and Android platforms using either Bluetooth or USB connections. EMV Certification through the Elavon Payments Platform allows merchants to process both contact and contactless transactions for Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® payments, and supports Retail and PIN-Debit transactions in conjunction with ePNJPOS, ePN’s Retail software solution. eProcessing Network also provides APIs for ISVs and other developers to help integrate ePN’s PCI-Compliant software into their applications.
“Merchants are finding that becoming EMV-compliant can be a confusing and cumbersome process,” said Steve Sotis, President of eProcessing Network. “ePN is working step-in-step with leading processors like Elavon to deliver timely and affordable solutions that help limit merchant liability, which in turn can help reduce costly chargebacks.”
