HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Snap Diligence announces the launch of the first platform that aggregates and synthesizes Texas civil court and Texas Secretary of State data. The Snap Diligence platform goes beyond the aggregation of data and uses powerful, proprietary algorithms to connect people, businesses and court cases together into actionable intelligence.
“Knowing more about a person or company is key before doing business with them,” said David Grimes, CEO of Snap Diligence. “Until now there has never been a one-source platform that allows you to discover someone’s civil litigation history and business holdings.”
Texas has 254 counties and an enormous judicial system covering over 27 million people. Despite legislative efforts, there is no unified Texas court search system available to the public, and the various courts continue to use different technologies to store their records. Searching for Texas civil court information has been a manual effort requiring research into each court system separately. This manual process could take hours, if not days, depending on how much information was provided in the initial search criteria. By integrating Texas court data and business records, and allowing users to compare their results to their own personal contacts, Snap Diligence provides users with the ability to research litigation history and identify layers of connections – associates and adversaries – in Texas business.
How it works
With only a first and last name, users can access millions of Texas civil court and business records. Snap Diligence’s powerful algorithms connect relationships between people and their businesses and shows adversarial connections within lawsuit parties. Snap Diligence users can even privately upload their own contacts into the system so they can see where their own business network intersects with their research results. This gives Snap Diligence users the ability to find out who they know and who might be able to give them an introduction or the inside story on what happened in a lawsuit or a business deal.
Snap Diligence data currently covers Texas, with all the major metropolitan court systems included. The company has already acquired data from other states and will make them available later this year.
