The J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study garnered feedback from more than 78,000 retail banking customers, measuring overall satisfaction with their primary financial institution. They measure a variety of factors including product offerings, account information, fees, channel activities, facility, and problem resolution. From that data, J.D. Power publishes the highest-ranked banks in each of 11 regions across the U.S.
