CHICAGO--()--Life Cross Training (LIFE XT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brenda Jacobsen as its chief executive officer. David R. Mrs. Jacobsen will take the helm of a breakthrough human performance program that provides organizations with the necessary tools to increase resilience to stress and maximize productivity, joy, and meaning.

“Brenda joins the LIFE XT team with a wealth of healthcare industry experience and an impressive track record with start-ups and established organizations,” said Mr. Strand. “LIFE XT is fortunate to have found an accomplished individual who can help shape the future of the company. Her involvement in the Conscious Leadership Group shows her deep commitment to LIFE XT’s practices. Brenda will have an immediate and long-standing impact as we evolve our offerings and strengthen our leadership position.”

Its analytics tools measure these attributes and allow participants to track their progress over time.

“LIFE XT is revolutionizing the way organizations approach their culture and people,” said Mrs. Jacobsen. “Now we have an opportunity, a responsibility, to use science and data to train the skill of wellbeing to increase resiliency and reduce burnout, keeping people healthier and restoring joy to their home and work lives. I am thrilled to join such a distinguished group of people to continue to develop a clear leadership position in the healthcare and professional services markets, and roll out in the employer space. The company has already made great strides with new and exciting products launching soon.”

Prior to joining LIFE XT, Mrs. Jacobsen served as the regional vice president for US Healthworks where she was responsible for operations and financial performance of 14 occupational medical clinics across central Florida. Active in the Conscious Leadership Group, she coaches fellow executives in their exploration of personal and professional issues to become more innovative, creative, productive, and successful.
