ELGIN, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ:MIDD) today announced the acquisition of Burford Corporation, a leading manufacturer of industrial baking equipment. The company is based in Maysville, Oklahoma and has approximately $15 million in annual revenues.
