KBRA Assigns Long-Term Rating to L.A. Wastewater System Sub Rev Bonds, Series 2017-A, Refunding 2017-B & Refunding 2017-C (Txble) (All Green Bonds)

NEW YORK--()--Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has assigned a long-term rating of AA with a Stable outlook to the City of Los Angeles Wastewater System Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Series 2017-A, Refunding Series 2017-B and Refunding Series 2017-C (Taxable). All three series of bonds are designated “Green Bond” reflecting the environmental benefits of the capital facilities being financed.

KBRA has also affirmed the long-term rating of AA+ and stable outlook to the City’s Wastewater System Revenue Senior Lien Bonds and the long-term rating of AA and stable outlook to the City’s Wastewater System Revenue Subordinate Lien Bonds.

This rating is based on KBRA’s U.S. Municipal Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Rating Methodology.
