TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Klick was recognized last night as one of 2017’s Greatest Places to Work – marking the sixth time the company has been included on the Top 100 Best Workplaces list. This latest honor occurs just a month after Klick was named a Best Workplace for Women and a Best Managed Company.
"Klick’s culture has been 20 years in the making but one thing that hasn’t changed is our belief that if you put your people first and give them the tools and environment to do awesome work, everything will take care of itself,” said Klick CEO and Co-Founder Leerom Segal. “We are honored to be named a Great Place to Work again, especially because the distinction was largely determined by Klickster rankings.”
Klick employees gave the company top marks in the Great Place to Work’s Best People Practices and Trust Index. Ninety-one percent said that the company’s management “genuinely seeks and responds to suggestions and ideas.” The survey also found that 98% of Klicksters said the company excels at celebrating special events, like employee promotions, company successes, and seasonal holidays, and 95% said Klick is a fun place to work.
According to Great Places to Work, celebrating special events can go a long way toward building camaraderie at work. The global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures has cited 30-to-40-percent higher levels of employee collaboration, cooperation, and willingness to give extra to get the job done at organizations with strong levels of camaraderie.
