These awards, presented by the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), will be showcased at the fourth annual Igniting Innovation Showcase and Awards event on April 26, 2017, at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. Media, government and industry leaders attending the event will submit votes via social media to help determine the winners.
NCI’s SmartDoc™/SmartView™ and CERT360, its Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) Medical Review system, were selected from more than 100 entries, and are among the top 30 innovative government and industry solutions recognized by ACT-IAC.
NCI’s SmartDoc is an innovative document capture and extraction solution that transforms medical records into meaningful data, which then can be viewed using NCI SmartView, a medical record viewer with advanced document management capabilities. CERT360 is a comprehensive medical review system that manages and tracks the entire lifecycle of the CERT review process. CERT360 assists in the management and reporting of the medical review workload and outcomes, and provides automation support for sending requests for documentation, record receipt, assignments, quality assurance and documentation of review decisions.
