MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA) is seeking nominations for its 2017 Innovation Torchbearer Award, which recognizes individuals or organizations that have demonstrated innovative ideas or initiatives impacting the insurance industry.
Nominees will be judged (by a panel of IMCA board of directors members) on a combined basis within three key areas of evaluation:
- Overall impact of innovation on a national or international level.

Mark Friedlander, IMCA’s immediate past board chair and head of corporate communications at The Main Street America Group, added, “IMCA’s Innovation Torchbearer Award is considered one of the most prestigious honors in insurance. Since we established this program in 2012, we have recognized the ‘best of the best’ within our industry.”
