In her role, Verdream oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Administration for BETA’s four offices located in Northern and Southern California, employing 120 employees.

Ms. Verdream has over thirty years of experience in the field of human resources, with an extensive background in salary and benefit administration, legal compliance, recruitment, professional development, counseling, conflict resolution, performance evaluation processes and employee communications. Her career started with Emery Worldwide as a Staffing and Development Specialist, followed by three years of managing Human Resources for Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation. She spent fifteen years at a certified public accounting firm where she was the National Director of Human Resources and Administration.
