Deborah C. Verdream Named Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of BETA Healthcare Group

ALAMO, Calif.--()--BETA Healthcare Group (BETA) announced today that Deborah Verdream has been named Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. In her role, Verdream oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Administration for BETA’s four offices located in Northern and Southern California, employing 120 employees.

Debbie joined BETA in March 2007 and since that time has delivered consistently high-quality support and services to all BETA employees. Her outstanding leadership and people skills are exhibited daily in her interactions with our staff and with many external partners and agencies. She has been integrally involved in BETA’s recent merger and subsequent integration and has always performed exceedingly well,” said Tom Wander, Chief Executive Officer of BETA Healthcare Group.

Ms. Verdream has over thirty years of experience in the field of human resources, with an extensive background in salary and benefit administration, legal compliance, recruitment, professional development, counseling, conflict resolution, performance evaluation processes and employee communications. Her career started with Emery Worldwide as a Staffing and Development Specialist, followed by three years of managing Human Resources for Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation. She spent fifteen years at a certified public accounting firm where she was the National Director of Human Resources and Administration.
