SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seal Software, the leader in Contract Analytics and Discovery today announced the appointment of John O'Melia as the company’s first senior vice president of customer success.
O’Melia is a veteran of the enterprise content management marketplace, bringing a wealth of experience to the Seal Software leadership team. He joins the team from Dell EMC, where his most recent position was senior vice president, worldwide services and customer success for the Enterprise Content Division (ECD). Prior roles in his 13-year career at EMC include general manager of the Documentum Product Group and other leadership roles, both globally and at EMEA levels. His professional career began with British Nuclear Fuels in the United Kingdom, before moving to PwC as an associate partner and then IBM as a partner.
As SVP of customer success, O’Melia will further develop Seal Software's strategic focus on ensuring every customer realizes the full benefits offered by Seal's Contract Analytics and Discovery platform. He will lead the Professional Services, Legal Services, Customer Support and Customer Success teams. O’Melia is located at the Seal HQ offices in Walnut Creek, California. He will report to Ulf Zetterberg, co-founder and CEO of Seal Software.
