The Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be conducted at Diodes’ corporate headquarters, located at 4949 Hedgcoxe Road, Plano, Texas 75024. Diodes’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, and Chief Financial Officer, Richard D. White, will chair the meeting and provide a brief presentation.
