FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Shareholder, Rebecca Bratter, has been promoted to Deputy Managing Shareholder. Working closely alongside co-founders, Gerry Greenspoon and Michael Marder, Ms. Bratter will continue to focus on firm administration and operations as well as firm strategy and growth.

Ms. Bratter began her career at Greenspoon Marder as a law clerk in 2001, later returning as a summer associate; working up toward a shareholder position. She now leads the firm’s Banking & Finance Litigation Practice Group, and also serves on the firm’s Management, Diversity, and Foundation Committees. For the past five years, Ms. Bratter has also worked closely with Gerry Greenspoon and Michael Marder in executing the firm’s overall strategy both internally and externally.
Bratter obtained her law degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, and her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
