Brightree Leads Panel on Clinician Recruitment and Technology Adoption in Home Health and Hospice Care

The panel, titled “Clinician Recruitment, Retention and Satisfaction: Does Technology Help or Hinder,” will explore the use of technology in home health and hospice care and how it affects clinician recruitment, retention, on-boarding and job satisfaction. Brightree product marketing director Melissa Polly will join Brightree clinical product specialist Kerri Harpole, RN, BSN, along with Tarrah Lowry-Schreiner, President & CEO of Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care and Wendy Cofran, CIO of Natick VNA, to discuss how to engage clinicians in a model that supports both the provider and patient, while making sure clinicians get the most out of their technology.
