LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ElmTree Funds, LLC, a leading real estate private equity firm, today announced it was selected by The Townsend Group, a leading global provider of investment advisory and investment solutions for real estate, to manage up to $120 million in a separate account on behalf of a Middle Eastern-based asset manager. The separate account will pursue core investments in net lease office and industrial properties located in gateway markets across the United States.

A portfolio management team led by Vice President Jason Ridgway will oversee the separate account. The team will seek to generate stabilized income and growth through investments in the net lease and sale-leaseback real estate markets. As of January 1, 2017, ElmTree Funds manages more than $1.3 billion in net lease assets through a series of commingled funds and customized separate accounts. ElmTree Funds’ investment strategies are guided by the fundamental premise that predictable cash flow and limited residual risk are the keys to creating asset value.
