DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Galvanize is proud to announce that Stephanie Donner, Chief Legal and People Officer and Corporate Secretary, has been awarded the 2017 Denver 9News Leader of the Year.

Prior to joining Galvanize, Donner served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the Office of Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. “Stephanie brought enormous talent and bench strength to his team,” said Jamie Van Leeuwen, Senior Advisor to Governor Hickenlooper. “Her impressive legal background, coupled with her notable experiences in strategically and successfully leading many of the most important initiatives for Colorado, afforded her the opportunity to impact positive change in government.”
Since joining Galvanize in 2015, she has led a variety of initiatives including implementing the Galvanize Standard, launching the company’s Parental Leave Program, and ensuring there is not a gender pay gap or salary inequities. Donner also finds time to impact people and communities by serving on numerous boards including The Colorado Symphony Orchestra, the Denver Metropolitan League Major Stadium District Board, and Girls, Inc., of Metro Denver.
