Ginocchio joins Brightfield after nearly 18 years at Deutsche Bank where he was a highly-regarded equity analyst in London, New York and San Francisco covering information services, consulting and staffing companies among others. Paul received wide praise for his industry knowledge. He was ranked as one of the top analysts in this sector by “Institutional Investor” for the last 6 years and received multiple awards from “Starmine.” Prior to Deutsche Bank, he worked in valuation consulting for Price Waterhouse in Chicago and London. Prior to Bank of America, Michael spent 15 years at HR consultancy Towers Watson where he advised global corporations on a broad range of talent-related topics and led various firm offerings such as, Human Capital Benchmarking. With a track record of thought leadership in developing actionable insights, Benyamin understands the complexities of today’s largest global companies and how Brightfield’s consulting services and analytics platform TDX can help with their workforce planning, sourcing and analytics needs.
