SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cint, the world’s Insights Exchange, today announced the appointment of Michael Teng as Vice President of Partner Solutions for the company’s Data & Technology business unit. Teng will be based out of Cint’s San Francisco offices and will play a key role as the company accelerates its US partnerships program.
Teng has over 12 years of experience in digital advertising with an emphasis on partner management. Most recently, he served as vice president of Global Publisher Services at YuMe responsible for onboarding, supporting, and optimizing all publisher partnerships. Prior to YuMe, Teng spent six years at Yahoo! leading partner teams, focused on growing search revenue with owned and operated properties, and toolbar-transfer distribution partners.
“Michael’s experience with adtech powerhouses combined with an impressive skillset to recognize and simplify rich data sets that will benefit our publishers to help them discover new sources of revenue will help drive Cint’s business forward,” said Kevin Gianatiempo, SVP Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, Cint. “Michael’s expertise in advertising and marketing technology will complement and fortify Cint’s strong global roots and depth of market insights, and we’re excited to welcome him to the team.”
As vice president of partner solutions, Teng will be responsible for managing partnerships with adtech and publisher partners interested in developing and accessing rich, self-declared, first-party data sets across desktop and mobile. Partners can access this via Cint’s platform that enables market researchers to precisely target users for surveys to panelists using highly detailed profiling segments.
Teng’s appointment follows on from the opening of Cint’s San Francisco offices, the company’s fifth U.S. location, in September of 2016.
“Cint has value for publishers, offering a deeper understanding of subscribers and an expanded suite of options to grow the business,” said Teng. “I am thrilled to join Cint at this exciting time, and look forward to working with Deputy CEO Richard Thornton, CEO Morten Strand and the rest of the team.”
