Mirror Image Appoints Mike Smith as Vice President of Customer Experience

TEWKSBURY, Mass.--()--Mirror Image®, the leading provider of content delivery, streaming media and edge computing solutions, today announced Mike Smith has been appointed as Vice President of Customer Experience for Mirror Image. In this new role, Smith will be championing and driving multiple departments that include Customer Service and Support, Solutions Engineering, and the Network Operations Center to improve the systems, processes, and policies to deliver a better experience for all customers. This organizational change marks a key step forward in the company’s ongoing commitment to transforming the customer experience.

Smith previously served as Director, Solutions Engineering, Edge Computing & Content Delivery at Mirror Image, lending his digital media expertise to the company’s customer base which includes Fortune 500 organizations, broadcasters, government agencies, and educational institutions. In his new position, Smith will focus on developing new programs and processes that will further optimize customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Smith will oversee the overall technical effort for provisioning, documentation and streamlining the entire implementation process.
