Banc Intranets Survey Reveals 100 Percent Customer Satisfaction for Employee Intranet and Board Portal

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn.--()--Banc Intranets announced the results of a recent survey of its customers, which reveal overwhelmingly positive results for its BancWorks® employee intranet and DirectorsLink® board portal. In the survey, Banc Intranets asked more than 245 bank and credit union customers to rate various aspects of its employee intranet and board portal, both of which are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of financial institutions. The responses include:

  • 100 percent of respondents say that it is satisfactory, above average or excellent at:
    • Assisting with the management of access to documents, policies and procedures;
    • Supporting organizational communication;
  • 93 percent of respondents rate its security satisfactory, above average or excellent;
  • 87 percent of respondents rate its search functionality satisfactory, above average or excellent;

DirectorsLink

  • 100 percent of respondents say that it is satisfactory, above average or excellent for:
    • Reducing time and expenses when preparing for committee and board meetings;
    • Security;
    • Overall effectiveness;
  • More than 96 percent rate it as satisfactory, above average or excellent at:
    • Streamlining interaction and participation during committee or board meetings;
    • Integrating with tablet technology and mobile applications;
