JOHN’S, Newfoundland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bluedrop Performance Learning (“Bluedrop”) (TSX-V: BPL) is pleased to announce that the shareholders approved all of the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on March 10, 2017 (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the shareholders re-elected Emad Rizkalla, Derrick Rowe, Andrew Youngman, Paul Sparkes and Tom Astle as directors of Bluedrop to hold office until their successors are duly elected or appointed.
In addition, at the Meeting, KPMG were appointed as auditors of Bluedrop until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is appointed, and the shareholders authorized the directors of Bluedrop to fix the auditors’ remuneration.
The Board of Directors re-appointed Mr. Derrick Rowe as Executive Chairman of the Board and confirmed the continuation of Mr. Emad Rizkalla as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bernie Beckett as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. John Moores as Chief Operating Officer.
