CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE: COL) announced that today its shareowners strongly approved the issuance of Rockwell Collins common stock needed to complete its acquisition of B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: BEAV).
