BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Janeiro Digital, a digital business consultancy solving mission critical business objectives with creative technology solutions, today announced that Ed Davis has joined the company to hold a dual role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Ed will report to CEO Jonathan Bingham.
Founded in 2007, Janeiro Digital has been experiencing rapid growth as Fortune 500 companies are increasingly embarking on digital transformations to optimize their performance and customer service. Ed will play a crucial role in structuring a scalable infrastructure and team, as Janeiro Digital's professional service and technology offerings continue to accelerate the development and design of architecture, user interfaces, analytics and integration. Janeiro Digital plans to grow to 100 employees by year-end with projections to double in size by the end of 2018.
Prior to joining Janeiro Digital, Ed was COO of Brand Networks, LLC. He was directly involved in growing the company's revenue 900% over a six year period and securing a $68 million private equity deal with AEA Investors. Brand Networks has expanded into six locations domestically and two offices internationally. Previous to Brand Networks, Ed was COO of Federal Street Advisors, a high net worth advisory firm that offers strategic wealth management and customized investment services, and CFO of Arnold Worldwide, one of the top national creative media and advertising agencies based in Boston.
