The mandates of Vivendi (Paris:VIV) Supervisory Board members Ms.
Yseulys Costes, Mr. Pascal Cagni and Mr. Alexandre de Juniac will reach
their four-year term in April and they have decided not to renew.
Ms. Véronique Driot, who was for four years the employee representative on the Board, will be proposed as a full Board member at the Vivendi Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of April 25, 2017.
In addition, employee shareholders, who represent 3.27% of the company’s share capital, have elected Sandrine Le Bihan, whose appointment will also be proposed to the Shareholders’ Meeting, as their representative.
Following the Shareholders’ Meeting and subject to approval of the resolutions submitted, the Supervisory Board will count 6 women out of 12 members. The Board will thus be comprised of 6 independent members, 3 members of the Bolloré Group and 3 Vivendi employees.
