ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) will release the National Study of Employers on Wednesday, March 8. One of the study’s authors — Ellen Galinsky, president and co-founder of the Families and Work Institute — will talk about key findings of the research and answer questions in a Facebook Live session that day.

What: The National Study of Employers is a comprehensive look at employer practices, policies, programs and benefits that address the personal and family needs of employees. The study examines flexible work arrangements, paid and unpaid parental and other caregiver leave, and elder-care assistance, among other practices.
The survey of more than 900 U.S. employers with 50 or more employees was conducted by the Families and Work Institute and will be released by SHRM as part of the When Work Works initiative.
