The step-by-step, gamified interface leads agents through nine units covering all aspects of home buying and selling, in both video and written formats. With help from their mentors, agents complete each unit’s tasks, which vary from the simple — readying their business platforms — to the complex — successfully preparing for and producing an open house and negotiating a real estate offer and sale. This combination of easy-to-use software, engaging content and dedicated mentors prepares ReeceNichols agents to adeptly handle any business situation.
In addition to the FastTrack program, ReeceNichols offers other training opportunities to all agents. Free to ReeceNichols agents is the newly-redesigned ReeceNichols Advantage class. ReeceNichols Advantage is a five-day, comprehensive introduction to all relevant home buying and selling topics and an immersion into ReeceNichols’ technologies for helping agents be the leading experts in their markets. Building upon the Advantage classes, the Certified ReeceNichols Consultant (CRNC) designation program offers a deeper education on these topics and others over 10 courses taught by the ReeceNichols Leadership Team.
