The new position is a direct result of TechCanary’s recent and continued growth and rapidly increasing number of projects.
In her role, Osowski will report directly to company founder and CEO Reid Holzworth and she will be responsible for building and spearheading the company’s Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO is being established to ensure the continued consistent and quality delivery of TechCanary products and services through a standardized project management process.
Describing herself as “the pitfall of problem solvers, lover of challenges and a project manager to boot,” Osowski brings over 15 years of multidisciplinary project management experience within higher education and technology. For the last seven years, she has led complex projects, managed cross-functional scrum teams and overseen every project detail from planning, development, quality assurance, and continuous delivery in her priority role as Project Manager of Symplicity Corporation’s Government Division.

In addition to her professional experience, Osowski holds a degree in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MEd from Arizona State University.
