AUSTIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Social Solutions Global, the leading provider of impact and performance management software for human services has announced that Nikhil Kumar, the former SVP of Partner Services at Civitas Learning, has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Kumar will oversee services, support, and training teams that are poised to help Social Solutions achieve its ambitious growth goals.

Kumar has deep roots in Austin and brings significant experience in enterprise software, consulting, SaaS operations, and client services. Prior to his time at Civitas, Kumar was the Head of Client Services, Americas, for the Google Analytics Suite. He has also held various executive leadership roles at Blackbaud, Bazaarvoice, and National Instruments. He started his career as an IT consultant and enterprise architect and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
