FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atlantix Partners, a consulting firm based in Fort Lauderdale that provides corporate transformation, transaction advisory, and corporate governance and compliance services, has named Robert Stafford a Partner in the firm. In this new role, Stafford will lead the firm’s Corporate Governance and Compliance service line with a concentration in Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley 404. He will also provide specialized Accounting and Finance advisory services to new and existing clients in the middle market.
Stafford brings more than 18 years of accounting and finance experience to the Atlantix Partners’ team. Stafford most recently served as a Director of Accounting at Carnival Corporation & plc. Prior to that, he was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he served global public clients as well as privately held high-growth, start-up companies in various industries, including communications, software, marine transportation, manufacturing, retail and distribution, financial services, private equity, staffing, and healthcare.
