Zorrilla comes to Papillon Pavilion Records from a storied musical past, as she appeared on “American Idol” and made it into the Top 12 Female Finalists, capturing the hearts of judges Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, and Randy Jackson, as well as TV audiences around the world. Since then, Zorilla has worked with David Foster, KC Porter, Polow da Don, and Jorge Calandrelli, among many others, which include Grammy-nominated producer Nathan Reid, collaborating with him to release her first EP entitled “About Us." Last year, she recorded the theme song for the film "Walt Before Mickey," entitled "Just a Wish." Her mellifluous voice, singing in both English and Spanish, has taken her to Europe, South America, and the Middle East. With massive plans and collaborations in the works with some of the world's top producers, Zorrilla and Papillon Pavilion have big plans for the future.
This year, Papillon Pavilion Records will also focus on the development of the young up-and-coming, dynamic group Space Hustler, a unique genre clash between hip-hop and many different electronic music blends. Made up of Chicago rapper Julian Lozano (Vocals), Jordan Crudo (Drums, DJ), and Tylor Schaffer (Drums, DJ), the Space Hustler crew is ready to take you on a journey deep into the musical universe.
