Nuveen Launches Dynamic Allocation 60/40 Unit Investment Trust Portfolio

  • New Unit Investment Trust Provides Easy and Efficient Access to Asset Allocation Strategy

CHICAGO--()--Nuveen is pleased to offer a convenient new asset allocation strategy with the introduction of its Dynamic Allocation 60/40 Unit Investment Trust Portfolio. As more investors seek income solutions that can build and sustain a successful retirement, the Dynamic Allocation 60/40 Unit Investment Trust seeks to provide regular monthly income and capital appreciation through a specially designed portfolio of 60% dividend-paying stocks and 40% fixed-income ETFs.

The portfolio consultant team believes that employing an asset allocation strategy that diversifies across low-correlated asset classes can help better weather market volatility and smooth out returns while still capturing much of the return of an all-stock portfolio. The Unit Investment Trust takes this asset allocation strategy and identifies and invests in assets in an attempt to reduce the overall volatility and create a positive investor experience.
