NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tiptree Asset Management Company, LLC (“TAMCO”), the asset management subsidiary of Tiptree Inc. (“Tiptree”) (NASDAQ: TIPT), today announced that it has signed the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (“PRI”) on behalf of itself and its affiliate Telos Asset Management LLC (“Telos”).
TAMCO, an SEC registered investment advisor, is Tiptree’s primary holding company for its asset management business. Telos is a global credit manager with approximately $1.9 billion of fee earning assets under management.
The PRI is an international global network of asset managers, owners and service providers working together to put responsible investment into practice. PRI signatories commit to developing, documenting and integrating environmental, social and corporate governance (“ESG”) considerations into investment decision-making and ownership practices.
