CLEVELAND, OHIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) today announced that A. Malachi Mixon III, notified the Company that he will not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company at its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders and will retire from the Board effective May 11, 2017.
