WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Gasification and Syngas Technologies Council, the world’s premier trade association for the syngas industry, today issued a call for presentations for its prestigious annual conference.
The 2017 Syngas Technologies Conference is the largest and most influential event for gasification and other syngas-producing industries across the globe. Every year, the event attracts hundreds of business leaders, experts, exhibitors and media from the Americas, Asia and Europe.
This year’s conference will be held Oct. 15-18 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Gasification and Syngas Technologies Council (GSTC) renamed its annual conference the “2017 Syngas Technologies Conference” this year to emphasize that the event encompasses all syngas-producing technologies.
“This is the premier global conference focused on all types of syngas-producing technologies,” said Alison Kerester, GSTC’s Executive Director. “It’s the best opportunity to meet and network with industry executives, experts and syngas customers from around the world.”
Among the highlights of the conference are the dozens of presentations made by the industries’ best and brightest. Abstracts are due by April 30 and can be submitted at http://www.gasification-syngas.org/events/2017-conference/abstract-submissions-open.
GSTC is particularly interested in presentations on:
- Global syngas markets
- Syngas to hydrogen
- Syngas to methanol, DME and ethylene glycol
- Syngas to liquids
- Syngas to power
- Biomass and waste to energy projects
- Syngas to ammonia, fertilizers, and chemicals
- Global syngas project updates
- Syngas analysis
