EPIX Expands Programming Publicity Team

New Team to Support Continued Expansion and Development Around Original Programming And Advance Promotion of Premium Content

NEW YORK--()--Premium entertainment network EPIX today announced that it has strengthened its programming publicity team with the addition of two seasoned public relations professionals charged with advancing promotion efforts for the network’s scripted series and other original programming. Maureen Granados joins as Vice President, Publicity and Colleen Francke joins as Coordinator. Maureen will lead and manage all programming publicity for EPIX’s existing and upcoming original content, reporting to CMO Kirk Iwanowski.

Maureen Granados joins EPIX from NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, where she most recently served as the VP, Communications for USA Network and Syfy. A veteran of NBC Universal, Maureen joined the publicity department at Syfy (then SCI FI) in 2004, serving in a number of different roles on that team over 12 years.

Colleen Francke also joins EPIX from NBCUniversal, where she served as the Assistant to the Executive Producers of NBC’s newest syndicated talker, HARRY. Colleen joined HARRY from the NBCUniversal Page Program, where she supported the publicity team behind Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers, among others.
