VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Absolute®, the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions, today announced that on January 20, 2017 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 CAD per share on its common shares, payable in cash on February 24, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2017.
Dividends are designated to be eligible dividends pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
