Reynolds Group Holdings Limited Announces Intention to Re-Price its Existing Term Loans

NEW YORK--()--Reynolds Group Holdings Limited (“Reynolds Group”) today announced that it is seeking to re-price its existing $3,315 million and €249 million senior secured term loans. Reynolds Group anticipates the transaction to be completed in February 2017. However, there can be no assurance that Reynolds Group will be able to complete such transaction, which is subject to market and other customary conditions.
